PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal- To ensure a safe and secured shopping experience for our customers, we currently only use PayPal. PayPal safe guards all of customers’ financial information (such as credit card numbers, the expiry date, CVV/CVV2 codes, and personal phone numbers) and other private information from any third parties. When you use PayPal to checkout, the only information we receive is your shipping address that you specified in PayPal.
PRICING
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars. Products and prices are subject to change without notification due to manufacturer and/or vendor availability, therefore you should always check prices before making a purchase. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
To maintain our bargain prices, we regrettably do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. We are committed to provide you with quality products at an affordable price. All items are carefully checked for damage and quality before dispatch.
DUTIES CHARGED
Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay will lead to confiscation of the ordered package by custom services. Replacement request will not be granted for refusal packages.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to the sender will be charged for shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and store refund will be issued for the balance.
FRAUD PROTECTION
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel, delay or request additional verification should we deem that an order is suspicious or fraudulent. These measures are performed to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
